FAQs

Do I need to know anything about Fractals?

No.  The app does all the work and the videos show you how to use the app to find designs to save.  More information about the app can be found on the website:  https://fract.al

Is the Frax HD app available on other types of tablets or computers?

The app is only available on Apple IOS devices,  iPad and iPhone, at this time.

I have an ipad which I'm not very savvy at using!

You don't need to be an expert iPad user to use the Frax HD app.  You do need to know how to download an app from the apple store.  The first file provided shows you which app to search for and download.  Plus the first video checks to see if you got upgraded to the pro version by showing you how to do that if the written instructions are not clear.

Also, a link is provided to the Frax Motion Quickstart video for iPad users not familiar with finger gestures.  The rest of the videos make use of arrows and text to help guide you around the screen and tell you what finger gestures are being used.

Do I need any special equipment?

No.  You can save as many designs as you want on your iPad or iPhone.  What you decide to do with them is your choice.  I show you how to upload the designs to print on fabric at Spoonflower.com since that is what I do with the designs.  You could also print the designs on your home printer, at photo services or at a printing service that can print posters.  Costco has an option to print photos on canvas (which could also be fractal designs).
